					<description>The chawamushi looks reallydelicious man. This is the first time I have seen it being prepared in an onion 'bowl'. I have never come across this in Japan either.  Well, onions are not a 'neutral' container and not everyone is a fan of the onion, that is perhaps the reason. Will definitely try the next time i am back.</description>
