me (sheepishly): well... I returned to the eatery again.. erm.. there was a short queue.

I had the Grand Sampler (S$12.50). Pretty good value for money. There were 4 different kinds of sausages. I love sausages. I don't care if they are the most overt phallic symbols ever. The Mushroom Sauce that came with it deserves commendation.

We also had the Lamb Loin Chops (S$15.90). They were acceptable, not spectacular though. The Potato Salad Sides were quite nice.

Some complaints on the service. It was slow...slow....slow.

I go to their coffeeshop branch at Serangoon Gardens. Pretty good food for almost coffeeshop prices. If I don't remember wrongly, prices for steaks start from $10.90, chicken or fish costs around $6. Every main comes with 2 side dishes. Love the pepper sauce but after about 3 visits, everything starts to taste the same. It's either pepper sauce or some herby sauce or mushroom sauce that tastes like a thickened version of their soup. Still, it's worth a visit if you can stand the horrible parking (or lack of) at Serangoon Gardens. And waiting for a table (hawker centre style where you stare at people who are eating until they hastily gobble down their food). And waiting in the queue to order. And waiting for your food to come.
