Yummy. I love Indian food.
And this place is not too bad.
We went on a rainy weekend night, so it was nice and cosy and not at all crowded.

We ordered the naan, which I enjoyed (especially when used to wipe up the gravy from my plate). The plain naan costs S$2.20 and the garlic naan costs $2.50. I don’t recall ever having eaten bad naan at any Indian restaurant and this was no exception. It was soft, warm and buttery.

We also ordered the Kerala Chicken Masala (S$12.80). Again, I don’t recall ever having eaten bad chicken masala at any Indian restaurant and this was no exception. The chicken was tender and came smothered in a spicy creamy coconut curry.

The other dish which we ordered was the mussels (S$14.80). As this meal was quite some time ago, I cannot really recall what sauce the mussels were supposed to be cooked in. I vaguely remember it to be tomato-ish. I also vaguely remember thinking that it could have been spicier. To be fair, I also vaguely remember the mussels to be big and fresh. Nonetheless, this was clearly a forgettable dish.

Err…as you can see, although I love Indian food, I’m not really a good judge of it. All I can say is that, the food was pretty decent, but the prices could have been cheaper.
