I had a feeling my boss wanted to showcase his generosity during our business lunch, because he ordered almost everything on the dim sum menu and it was only for 5 persons! We had the usual favourites like siew mai, egg tarts, chee cheong fun (prawn-filled rice rolls), steamed yam cakes, baked cha siew puffs, fried carrot cakes, deep-fried yam balls, (my favourite) braised chicken feet and many more. The food wasn’t bad but by my 5th or 6th item, everything seemed to taste the same.
